Shipping costs may vary and depend on costs for transportaion of goods, the type of shipment, for example standard of express delivery, and on the amount of goods. Our shipping costs include insurance, respectively.

Packing charges

Our assortment of goods is always quantified in packaging units (PU). These PUs are arranged on standardized euro-pallets and respectively on one-way pallets, so that all articles are mounted on the pallets.

We take care to supply suited packaging for all products to ensure undamaged arrival of our goods at our customer sites.

Please pay attention to the policy for the procedure for supplied pallets::

for euro-pallets:	Exchange or additional charge of € 15,00 per pallet which have not been exchanged.
for one-way pallet:	These could be recycled by Interseroh. Our membership number is: 81572.

Standard delivery

Stockable goods are usually delivered within 8 business days when standard delivery is choosen.

Shipping costs are based upon the weight of the purchased goods and of terms of delivery as agreed upon. In principle, free shipping for orders at a value of € 700,00 if shipped domestically.

Express delivery by TNT

Should you require a very urgent delivery, we provide express delivery by TNT as an exceptionally service. Stockable goods for which we receive the purchase order until 4:00 PM (Monday through Friday except holidays) are brought to the dispatch route on the next business day.

Insurance of goods in transit

Goods ordered from Catnic are in principle covered by insurance against loss or damage on the transportation route. Subject to the General German Forwarding Coditions (ADSp), recent version.
